Specification
- Material: Adopting SUS 304 stainless steel to manufacture for the whole machine. The part of rotary tray adopts the Teflon material, and the parts that contacted with liquid is using SUS 316 stainless steel to manufacture.
- Motor of rotary tray: 3∮ 1/2HP.
- The first pressurized pump (for pure water): 3∮ 1HP.
- The second pressurized pump (for WFI): 3∮ 1HP.
- The first water filter: 5 micron 10” L.
- The second water filter: 0.45 micron 10” L.
- Air filter: 0.2 micron 10” L.
