Automatic Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine (For Vial & Ampoule) is continuous type, that is suitable for continuously manufactured into small injection bottles, such as Vial, Ampoule, Syringe and Tube bottles, etc. This kind of Multiple Washing Procedures (Circulation water rinsing / Pure water rinsing / Water For Injection rinsing / Clean & high-pressed air rinsing) can achieve clean effects. Moreover, the pure water & water for injection (WFI) can be recycled and reused to save the consumption of energy.
The bottle washing machine is rotary continuous rinsing type, the operators only need to place the bottles to the machine inlet. Then, the whole line is automatic interlock interaction, automatic control the safety protection device. The process is passing through a completed ultrasonic rinsing, spray rinsing and air spray so there’s no dirt or extraneous matter inside the bottles.
Features
- In order to ensure the bottles will be completed clean after rinsing and are in accordance with the spray source of each filtration device, the structures are manufactured by SS304 stainless steel, the parts that contacted with liquid are manufactured by SS316 stainless steel, and the rinsing pipelines are manufactured by SS316L sanitary type pipes.

- For Pharmaceutical, vials & ampoules washing.

- Recycled water heater: 3∮220 / 380V 4.5KW, total of two sets (9KW).
- Main drive of bottle washing: 3∮220 / 380V 2HP.
- Conveyor motor: 1∮220V 90W.
- Water recycling pump: 3∮220 / 380V 2HP (1.32KW).
- Recycling water filter: efficiency is 5.0uM; sanitary SUS 316 Housing 10" L.
- Injection water filter: efficiency is 0.2uM; sanitary SUS 316 Housing 10" L.
